Refrigerated Delivery Policy:
Delivery: Upon receiving your order, the delivery person will request your electronic signature or a written signature from someone present at the specified address. This will serve as confirmation of receipt of all products as described on the invoice.
If you are not present, the order will be delivered to anyone at the address, and their signature will be considered official receipt.
If delivery to the specified address is impossible due to no answer or no one being present to receive the order, the order will be returned to the company. Please contact our 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp at 0551558847 to schedule another delivery time.
The company is not responsible for any order not received within 30 days of the order date.
All orders are transported in refrigerated vehicles equipped to maintain the appropriate temperature to preserve the quality of meat and meat products until they reach your doorstep.
Delivery Costs:
Jeddah
• Scheduled delivery in a refrigerated vehicle within 24 hours of ordering: 39
• Scheduled delivery in a refrigerated vehicle to Makkah - Bahra - Al-Jumum every Sunday and Wednesday. 49
Orders are delivered only on Sundays and Wednesdays.
If the order is placed before 11:00 AM on the delivery day (Sunday or Wednesday) → same-day delivery.
If the order is placed after 11:00 AM → delivery on the next delivery day.
All orders on other days will be rolled over to the next available delivery day (Sunday or Wednesday).
Delivery times:
Every day except Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
