Return and cancellation policy Golden warranty conditions: 1- It is allowed to request product replacement within one hour of receipt if a documented defect is found with photos or videos, and it is sent via WhatsApp customer service. 2- The replacement request must be made within no more than 12 hours due to product sensitivity. 3- Products delivered in sealed containers or vacuum-packed bags can be returned if they are unopened and not opened. 4- Meat must be kept refrigerated until returned by our team, and any product that has been frozen or left outside the refrigerator is not eligible for return. 5- Sacrifices (Qurbani) are not returned or refunded. 6- The golden warranty does not include sacrifices and the grilled box. 7- The amount is not refunded after the order execution has started. 8- The consumer bears the shipping cost if they want to replace the product without a reason or proof of defect in the product. Order cancellation policy: The customer has the right to cancel the order within one hour of sending it if the execution has not started yet; after that, the order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded.
