Return, exchange, and cancellation policy
Golden warranty conditions:
1- It is allowed to request a product exchange within one hour of receipt if a documented defect is found with photos or videos and sent via WhatsApp customer service.
2- The exchange request must be within no more than 12 hours due to product sensitivity.
3- Delivered products in sealed plates or vacuum bags are returnable if they are closed and not opened.
4- Meat must be kept refrigerated until returned by our team, and any product that has been frozen or left outside the refrigerator is not accepted for return.
5- Sacrifices (Eid animals) are not returnable and their value is not refunded.
6- The golden warranty does not include sacrifices and the grilled box.
7- The amount is not refunded after the order has started being processed.
8- The consumer bears the shipping cost if they want to replace the product without a reason or proof of defect in the product.
